More Exercises
Completed 2 1.6km runs on Tuesday and Wednesday in about 11mins plus each. By next week, I need to complete a 2km easy run. Hopefully I can tune up my 1.6km timing to 10.5 mins within 2 more runs this week.
Made steady progress in my golf swing so far this week. Managed to get that hip movement from Monday and will now need to work on my shoulder turning. The hitting of 100 balls on Wednesday morning left my left lower back a little sore. I lost my glove too, need to go get a new one before next visit to the range. :(
The indication needle in my bathroom scale did not show a smaller number. Patience... hopefully I can see something in another 2 weeks. For now, it's my body's rest time.

Doing exercises doesn't guarantee that your weight will be reduced. But it does help. Good to have a healthy lifestyle :D
